How to Install jetty software package in Debian 7 (Wheezy)

jetty software package provides Java servlet engine and webserver, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install jetty 

jetty is installed in your system.

Make ensure the jetty package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep jetty *

You will get with jetty package name, version, architecture and description in a table
